hello when i try to download a trainer it says :
The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.
help?

clear all cache and cookies, do an ipconfig /flushdns at command prompt. try a different browser.

tried. no joy flush successful, still same error chrome gives same error
just tried restarting my router too. same problem

That is correct. You might have some kind of firewall or security setting that is ripping out one of the headers that the site is looking for.
