That doesn't seem to be a problem of the editor, if I remember correctly Caliber already give an answer for that. The game has two different character storage. One for offline and one for online, like Diablo II. By using the launcher the game tries to load the offline saves and therefore, it cannot find your online character.

So this launcher doesn't work for online characters? The trainer launcher works just fine with them, so why not fix this issue? Essentially all characters can be used online. But those that were made in that mode should be able to have access to this as well? I mean if the guy who made the launcher for the trainer managed to have it work properly, so should this?

The launcher for the trainer and for the editor are the same at least they should be. But if they're not and the launcher for the trainer is working for you, then stick to it. It shouldn't matter which one you take the editor is working.

I can run the trainer perfectly.

I try to run the editor with the same settings as the trainer (AV, Run as admin, game folder, etc), but i will not work well.

The editor on the left side does not recognize anything I have equiped. However, on the right it will see anything I F2. But, it will not allow to change any setting except identify and cracked. Hehe, got a Redfang sword go from 28000 to 4000 in value.
-I do not see any green arrows.
-Where can I find a description of the hotkeys?
-What can I do? (Probably something stupid that I am missing)

By the way, the launcher in the trainer folder and the editor folder are different sizes (98k and 80k respectively). Just saying. Anyway they both work the same way.

Hi Klon25! The image on the left of the editor is just an indicator of location, nothing EVER changes there. Once you have clicked a location in the editor, swapped back to the game, Pressed F2, moved the item from it's slot to the inventory and back (don't just pick it up and drop it back in the slot straight away) and switched back to the trainer, the numbers on the right should reflect the properties of the item. Click on and change the numbers, as you do this a green arrow should appear to the left of where you are typing. Once you have finished changing the number, then click on the green arrow to apply the changes.
Rinse and repeat. The editor will only really change the two, or one, property. The other things it can change, like the text colour, don't seem to be safely/completely implemented.

Well the good news is that I have it working then. However the editor seems to be somewhat limited.
I do get a green check-mark (not arrow) on the parry and essence boxes. I guess it means I can not change. Tried other swords; same thing. I was able to change color. I tried to copy bonus but it would not go through to next item.
Well, will keep playing with it, but wished it had more functions and more abilities to change stats.

OK, something worked. It is kind of confusing with all the move the item here and there, F2, etc. But managed to change parry, essence, color, and even copy bonus from 1 sword to the other.
