I would't want AC to die off, its one of my all time fav games. but i must admit, i don't like the navel battles. the tree climbing in the AC3 is a great idea. like to see more of that.
Personally, the naval battles in ac3 were the most enjoyable part of the game. Been quite a while since a game had some pirate swashbuckling naval action like Pirates of the Caribbean (2003).
Didn't really like the whole "parkour" thing, although in previous games there were certain times when jumps were quite stupid, it felt more controllable. Shops were also missed, not a fan of the new build/trade system; really can't be bothered with the whole fetch this/find that grind.
Hopefully, more island exploration like that Mayan temple in this one.
I really love AC4 its awesome very addictive i find it, I recommend this game to anyone i bought it for the ps3 now im waiting for it on pc
Yeah I was expecting to hate it, as I hated the glitchfest called Emo Guy Cries part III, and instead I have been playing one of my favorite AC's so far. The sea combat is much more fun, and I can't wait to get my massive fleet raiding the seas online.
Also, no bugs. many hours of gaming, and no bugs encountered. Went back and did an AC3 run through this summer, and that crappy game is still badly bugged.
They have officially ruined the series now.
Instead of going forward in historic time they have went back, and they couldn't even give us a new hero to center their story around and they would have gotten away with going back into the past.
Haytham's father? Why? It is dumb lol
And now instead of any hero figure in the modern time, you are working for Abstergo trying to figure out things using Desmond's DNA.
Ahhh to hell with this lol
You do know that all the Assassin's Creed games are about Historic so why go forward when all the other games have gone back in time
