I'm having issues with the trainer, I've read through practically the whole thread. I've uninstalled AVG to be sure. I've tried launching the game with the trainer and pressing F1 at the main menu, I've tried pressing F1 while alt-tabbed at the main menu, I've tried pressing F1 while in game playing the mission and alt-tabbed playing the mission, I've tried activating options in game and alt-tabbed. Activating an option doesn't work and causes the game to eventually crash on the ~4th attempt. If I can help you guys in any way let me know, I would love to be able to get this working, I desperately want unlimited bow ammo for the second play through .

Oddly enough, the Trainer works for me only if I login to Win 8 as admin, not as my usual user account. It wasn't sufficient to launch the Trainer as admin in my user account. I do have to alt-tab to get the Trainer to activate with the F1 key and the first Crysis 3 menu screen, but the Trainer does so on the first keypress.

On my system, I did not have to disable active anti-virus/anti-spyware to get the Trainer to work, but I do so anyway for the game session. I also try to have as few applications running in the background as possible, but just my own normal stuff - I don't shut down any Windows services that occur during startup.

The update did cause a few issues but the trainer itself works fine here.

F1 at the main menu and then enabling "0" for being able to carry more equipment works fine, enabling any of the other options I used (1 and 2 mostly) caused a immediate shutdown of the game.

Enabling the options after loading a level also shut down the game however waiting a while and pressing the "all-off" button a few times has proven to work quite well most of the time, I can now use all options I used to enable once again without the game constantly crashing due to it's detection mechanics.
(Enable the trainer at the main menu, toggle option zero if needed then load a level and wander around a bit and either try enabling a option or first press the button that toggles all functions to disable - zero / carry more items, will still be enabled even so but it works fine - and then enable the other options.)

The game can still shut down at times, using alt-tab is unadvised as well but it's working much better now.

I use an administrator account as my main account so that can't be the issue.

I will try doing exactly what you suggested and see if it works.

Trainer works fine. Did and does. No problem.

LordJB I tried exactly what you suggested and it didn't work unfortunately.

It activates and I hear activated when I press the keys but nothing actually happens in the game and then the game itself crashes after 10-20s. I doubt it but might it be slight differences in the "Hunter Edition" of the game?

I am using the Hunter Edition (pc disc version). Which version of C3 are you using?

Just bought a new video card which had Crysis 3 Hunter Edition and Bioshock Infinite bundled. I had to install some program called "Origin" (EA's attempt at Steam it appears) which is what's managing the Crysis 3 install.

The trainer won't work at all, pressing F1 at the main menu never gives the activation message and subsequent mashing on the keys to run trainer features have no effect. Game and trainer versions match, running on Win7 64bit.

My roommate has a pirated copy that's working fine trainer and all, would love to get some trainer love on my legal copy (tired of being punished for having legal s/w while pirated copies have no such issues). :-(

Any ideas how I can get this to work?

Edit: Virus scan is disabled, tried tricks previously mentioned in thread with no success.
