It seems this game disables NUMPAD and windows key at startup. So make sure your numpad is activated before using options or change hotkeys.

Fast Level UP:
After pressed hotkey, your current exp is set close to level up. You'll need to kill a single enemy or gain +1 experience and you'll level up.

Mega Protection:
After pressed hotkey, your protection stats are extremely high.

Items Dont Decrease:
While active items dont decrease on use. Might not work if you only have a quantity of 1.

Mute Hotkeys:
-------------------------------------------------------
To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.

If you also want to use the cheat system ingame with the trainer, press C to see the character menu and type quickly MARVIN. When you leave the Character stats menu it will say Cheats Enabled top left or something like that.

Use the commands etc listed on the Gothic page if you wish
