Any chance of getting an "orders while pause" feature or just slowing down time to maybe 1/10th?

I always enjoyed strategy games but this one is more of a twitch game when you have 30+ units on the map.
Zooming in and out and placing all units pixel-perfect so they are actually getting in cover? That works if you have like 5 units on the map...
