I was wondering if anyone has a list on what are the top 10 most powerful guns in B2.

By "powerful", do you mean "damage" per the description card or "damage per second"?
By "gun", are you including or excluding rocket launchers?

Pretty much the ones in each category. Damages per shot would be the 'standard' way to measure i guess

If you download the save files with orange legendaries available here at CH, you are pretty much going to have most, if not all, of the most potentially powerful (and useful) guns. Each one is unique and can be further buffed via class skills, class mods, relics, and badass points. With badass points, you can have almost unlimited buffs to damage, etc.
