Still trying to figure out what you mean by the title of the thread.

If we can get a screenshot of the game running with this effect happening then maybe can find out better.

But you can always default everything, and also what is your hardware specs.

After I switched the in game settings to use directx9 it wasn't as noticeable anymore in game, don't think directx 9 supports 3d gaming
