I appear to have 1.0.0.0 for the game, and can find no way to update to 1.0.1.0. Anyone care to help

Should auto update through Origin.

I am assuming you got the torrent cracked version. If so i doubt CheatHappens will make a trainer for version 1.0.0.0

I dont think it will be long until Skidrow or someone puts a cracked update up. For now just be patient.
