No, that does not change anything. Trainer boots up fine - but no changes to the economics take place.
Again - I have followed the readme file to the letter.
There are apparently malfunctions with this trainer, I'd personally make sure something is working as intended before releasing it.

Look. I like the trainers that come out on this website, thats why I am a paying user.
And I have looked through the troubleshooter.
This is the first time I come across a trainer I could not get to work from Cheathappens.
It is supposed to work with my version of the game, according to the website and the readme file - but it just doesnt.
The sounds that the trainer makes ingame works fine, but it just doesnt make the finance changes for me.
I've tested it again and it works. Make sure you don't play in classic mode. Make sure you visit 'Finances' and switch to 'Overview' first before activating an option.
If this doesn't help, try out with a new career.

Just so everyone knows, when I tried this, it worked. I went to the financial section, then clicked on overview, hit Numpad 1,2, and 3 went back to the financial section and hit space bar, after all the loading, I could see the change, that being said the transfer availability seems to be showing different things. I can't seem to get that working, but I just asked my board to up the amount and I was set.
