Hi. I posted about not being able to get the "add engineers" to work in the trainer board (everything else works great in the trainer).
So i thought i'd try the editor to add engineers. When i activate the editor it shows a MASSIVE number of scientists that doesn't seem to realte to the actual number i have. Then when i try to edit either the scientists or the engineers it crashes the game.
Any ideas?
I have the same problem...
Any idea on how to fix it ?
Still having problems here. It starts up fine, no errors. I start the game, push f1 at the menu as per usual, load my save game and the values in the editor will be something to the effect of 1 money and 34298924 scientists. Changing any of the values doesn't seem to have any effect in-game. I got it to work one time, but no luck since then.
Checked for matching game/trainer versions
Running as administrator
.NET Framework 3.5 installed
Not sure what else to do.
Edit: I also tried verifying the game cache integrity through steam, it said it found 5 bad files and replaced them, but it didn't seem to do anything.
Edit again: I'm using Win 7 x64, if that makes any difference.

I have more or less the same issue as you. When I do try to change any values in the trainer the game just crashes out.
Running out of ideas of what else to try, might be a case and wait and see if a new version is released and give that a try.
I'm having the same problem with the unlimited resources. I do every thing it says, read it 1000x and it's still not working. I can get 9999 in the right side, but not the left when I do this... assistance please!!!!!!!!!

ok, I think you might be misunderstanding what you need to do Rampant.
Step 0: First F1 at the main menu with the editor running
Step 1: Go to the gray market with the trainer running.
Step 2: Press Activate on the editor directly under Unlimited Resources (this will change it so that it reads Deactivate)
Step 3: On the right side Press the arrow key to put exactly 1(one) item that you want to have unlimited up for sale. Do not put more then one item at a time.
Step 4: Press the complete transaction button to sell the SINGLE item.
Step 5: Repeat Steps 3 and 4 as you travel down the list.
Then when you're done, press the deactivate button on the editor to turn the option off. You should have 999,999 of any resource that you sold.
you are a live saver man . thanks a lot
