Satellites have a great effect on panic.
I build every relay I can early on and start putting up satellites as soon as possible.
I sure wish I could get the "edit moves used" to work on the editor.
I'm sure it's something I'm doing wrong.
Are you trying edit someone who used two movements in one turn or perhaps attacked? As far as I can tell, attacking (unless you have a special effect that states otherwise) automatically ends that characters actions. So does moving twice in one turn.
What you should do is move within the blue area, and once you see one of their action counters disappear, alt tab to the editor, double click move used, and just hit ok (since it will just naturally start at 0) this will restore your used movement when you alt tab back into the game.
Nifty Trick: This can be used on snipers as well to move them into position (alt tabbing after every movement) and once in position give them back both actions, switch to another soldier and back to the sniper, and they will have the option of attacking or going into over watch mode even though they moved. Same trick applies for Heavy's Rocket Launcher.
I'm having the same problem with the unlimited resources. I do every thing it says, read it 1000x and it's still not working. I can get 9999 in the right side, but not the left when I do this... assistance please!!!!!!!!!

ok, I think you might be misunderstanding what you need to do Rampant.
Step 0: First F1 at the main menu with the editor running
Step 1: Go to the gray market with the trainer running.
Step 2: Press Activate on the editor directly under Unlimited Resources (this will change it so that it reads Deactivate)
Step 3: On the right side Press the arrow key to put exactly 1(one) item that you want to have unlimited up for sale. Do not put more then one item at a time.
Step 4: Press the complete transaction button to sell the SINGLE item.
Step 5: Repeat Steps 3 and 4 as you travel down the list.
Then when you're done, press the deactivate button on the editor to turn the option off. You should have 999,999 of any resource that you sold.
I've tried everyway I can think of to get the unlimited resources to work. I can get it to show 999999 of whatever I attempt to sell. I've tried closing down the editor before coming out the grey market, in all different ways.
But no matter what I do, anything I am building or researching ends up taking 419000 days or whatever to complete so it instantly ruins the game. Everything else works perfectly, but whenever I use the Editor to get unlimited resources it destroys the game I was playing by making all my research and engineering projects take infinitely long.
Num9 doesnt work either on the Trainer.
Save the game then completely exit the game and the editor.
The money cheat on the trainer has been an issue for a lot of us, it's a game issue not a trainer issue.
