yes i'm running windows 7 sp1 64bit and yes it's the steam game i also ran the trainer as admin i get activated but the heath bar still goes down
I had the health issue cheat not working issue before too but all other cheats worked. Are you sure all cheats don't work or just the health one? If all the rest work, you can use the shield cheat in the meantime.
However, if none of the cheats worked then have you forced Steam to update? After Steam released the client update that messed up the trainers and then another patch to fix the trainers, they all seem to be working fine.
Make sure you have Steam update on July 9, 2013, package version: 1373418487 / 1373418487.
I have that Steam version using 64 bit Win 8 and the trainer works. I am also using the CH trainer manager with custom keys.
ok when i play Borderlands 2 with the trainer now if you play it in ultimet vulte hunter mode or normal vult hunter mode i still can't reload my weapons. has anyone else be having this problem

I noticed that when I used games with saves that were modified using a save game editor, that whenever I reloaded, it was super slow. However, using a normal untouched save seemed to work fine.
I cant get the trainer to run. Im running Windows 7 x64, steam client and the game are both up to date. I have run the trainer normally and as an admin and the same behavior occurs. Right when the trainer is activated, the game crashes and I get an error in Steam. The error is "Failed to start the game (app already running). I have also tried to run this with the steam trainer app, and the issue is still there.
Have you tried running the trainer in xp compatiability mode?

Just tried both. Game still crashes, although this time with the generic windows "borderlands2 has stopped working" error.
Ultimate vault hunter mode both health and shields dont do anything at all. this breaks endgame for me with this trainer. if i can help to get this working i am willing, but someone has to program this to work for level 50+ toons! this game has such a great endgame! trainer works perfectly on all other modes up to uvh. PLEASE!!!

Just curious because I am now 54 and playing in UVH mode and its works fine. I have noticed though on occasion if my health and shields are not full when I use them they sometimes wont work till I play awhile first. Of course I use health/shield only after I have died a few times on something.

Just another thought, have you tried verifying cache for BL2 in Steam?
Or maybe re-installing BL2 again?
