There is also a condition in which the game must be made completely unusable or deactivate the product key. The ruling states that the publisher cannot interfere with the sale but is under no obligation to provide deactivation services to the user. If the user has no possible way to deactivate the software from his accounts and computers, it is still not legal to resell the game. Uninstalling the game does not count as a deactivation of the license in 99% of games available for PC.
Neo7 from my experience with Steam when i have sold a game in the past called "BRINK" the game still stays in my library, surely its up to Steam and in their interests to DE-ACTIVATE the sellers CD-key and or remove those games from peoples library thats contained on Steams servers.
Well at my age i will not let this matter rest regarding Steam along with E.A.-Origin i will fight and take it as far as i can.
P.S. i have it in writing stating from Steam that you cannot re-sell your games,as explained previously.
