I stuck at this point for 2 months. Look what I finally did. In action mode you enter Beaugency with Joan of Arc from the south main gates. You kill everyone in the south part of the town. The important point is the following: in strategy mode, you put as many soldiers as you can inside Beaugency. Then with at least two cannons you make a hole at the wall at the right of the south main gates (from the external part). The enemy archers will be attacking your soldiers who are inside Beaugency and so your cannons will do the job easily. You must note that when you open the hole, many enemy archers will leave.
There are two doors which separate the south part of Beaugency from the north part. The right door is very near to the hole you just opened. So you enter the cannons inside Beaugency through the hole (and not through the main gates) and you put them in front of this door. With almost no enemy archer left, the cannons should easily break this door and you enter the north part of the town. I hope I helped you. And forgive me if I confuse you with my English, because I am Greek.

well, if you have explosive arows, it's easy (just that if the enemy is knocked down by the first arow U shoot, try after that to aim down a little. Diz should do some aditional damage, and because when he get's back up you will shoot the second arow and, voila!
He or they are dead!
