Yes, there are a ton of bots and hacks out there that SHOULD be banned. We went out of our way to make a cheat that benefits the player, doesn't work in MP and has no effect on the auction house. They shouldn't just lump us in with those people that are clearly manipulating the MP game for financial gain in the auction house.

also, note that as soon as you stop your game and enter the auction house, the trainer deactivates itself.

further (!) none of the options even do anything in the auction house.

further (!) the options don't work in PUBLIC games.

we did our best to try and make this trainer IRRELEVANT to anyone but the USER WHO IS USING IT.

always remember this ACTUAL statement from blizzard account representatives:

While we do realize that once you buy our games, they become your property, we do reserve the right to terminate your game at any time whenever we feel it is necessary. I hope this has cleared up any confusion.

That is amazing cause any other company I know dose not have that stance that the game becomes ours. We are just buying the right to play it.

But yeah I thought about using the trainer but I aint touching it. Cause there is to much risk, If they go after the people who used trainers it would be a loss of money but then there is still tones that do not use it and pay out there pockets to them so I doubt they will be that bothered.

In fairness, they're not admitting that it becomes your property once you buy it. She says that, yes, but what she immediately follows it up with completely contradicts that and basically says "we want you to think you own it, but in the end it's ours and we'll cut you off if we want to or deem it necessary."

Honestly... they could have solved all of their hacking and cheating problems by simply seperating SP and MP, but no, that just makes too much sense.

I'm not trying to be a smug ******* here, but I saw the banhammer coming a mile away, this is actiblizz, after all. I was tempted to try the trainer but stepped away and I appreciate you guys working on it for the ones that wanted it. I really hope that no one gets banned for using a CH trainer. fingers crossed....

I am gonna be brutaly honest here. I understand the frustrations from Chris/Pwiz as this was a big named game and being online made it very difficult to make a trainer for.

    But....

It wasn't going to be the end of the world, people had paid their subs here and some continue to anyway, I doubt D3 would have made any more massive new subs if it was completely offline.

    So...

If people are caught cheating online in MP games when it should be the SP, then it is yourself you have to blame.. I can see some people posting threads and posts about how CH ruined my D3 account/game and obviously PMs to Caliber and Pwiz. But as said again, you are to blame you chose to use them and it is your fault. Nobody bent your arm backwards to use it, you just couldn't play the game fairly and gain skills.

    Anyways my 2 cents :P
