You can really build more than one military station above single planet.

yep, you just have to make sure that you place all the blueprints down, BEFORE one of them completes. Also, the same goes for shipyards, one the military stations are down, quickly click the build shipyard icon, place blueprint and move to next station, as seen from screenshot, i had 6 stations, and 6 shipyards. but if your not quick the button will be greyed out.

is it me or does the trainer also give resources to the AI...
they keep semding more ships than i can produce...

No, i think You are right with this one. Trainer also give resources to the A.I. and reset their unit cap too.

Can anyone confirm this?
I will also try it out today and report back

"Ah yes, another thing. The cheat is not working for the AI, but the AI is cheating like hell by default. Eg it does not have any unit limit and it can build Destroyers without shipyards so no idea how is it getting it's army."
