That isn't very informative. Are you using the correct version of the trainer for the correct version of the game? Have you tried the NO CD-FIX Pwizard linked a few pages back?
Did you make sure to disable/uninstall your antivirus?

Everyone's talking about a no-cd fix before the trainer can be used, but I don't know what or where to find this.
Ok. Now I see why PWizard flips his lid and abuses people.
It's on Page 2 AND Page 3 at the Bottom, shown as "Link" in both of PWizard's posts.
It always pays off to actually read the thread as opposed to being lazy and being the 20th person to ask the same damned question.
Having said that, I hope it works for you, as it certainly worked for me.
The trainer is working great overhere but i did "miss" a few things.
Some options i would like to see are Rapid fire so an enemy recieves a hailstorm of bullets.
A one shot one kill option could work too but the hailstorm is funnier.
One shot would be nice for vehicles though.
Fast walk could be an option too, so if you have bullettime activated you won't walk so slowly (NPC's shouldn't walk fast ofcourse)
And right now i'm in level 6 where you're on a speedboat and you're shooting baddies with an M60 machinegun, the gun overloads and the No Damage/Instant Heal options don't work quite well on the speedboat.
So an option for no overheat would be nice.
And a no vehicle damage or something for the boat would be nice too.
Furthermore I still think you guys are great

I just finished playing the mission on Hard and the best way to deal with that is to just hold down 1 on the numberpad. It will keep saying Acti over and over again but it will instantly heal any damage you take. Use infinite bullet time with it too so that you can kill enemies much quicker.

Just boggles the mind as to how so many people don't think before posting, or yet alone even reading the entire thread to find the answers already posted.

I personally go off on the people that say "It doesn't work".
Then stop trying to using it and give more detail to the issue!
As for the trainer I haven't had much of an issue with it, other then the fact that the reload option will bug out during a reload and force your character to keep miss firing the gun at all the enemies.
To be honest I was saddened by the fact that you can't Melee any one with out firing a bullet to kill them.
