Ok it seems the trainer likes to either a. throw up unhandled excpetion errors or b. crash the game. Yes i am doing it at the pause menu not main menu and yes i am running it as admin. Yes i am using dx11.
That means that u activated the Trainer to soon and the Max Payne 3 exe file was still loadin, reload the game and if u keep having this problem send me ur exe file.
I am having the same issue. I keep getting a MS .NET Error and Crash. I am following the instructions on the Trainer and it says it is activated, but about 3 seconds later, it crashes the game with the same .NET error.
I have the Retail version of the game

Run the trainer as an admin and wait for the game to load completely, Disable all AV's, Also Send me ur exe file so i can look at it

I am running the Trainer as Admin, and I assume that the game has loaded completely if I am actually playing it. I also checked the Windows Task Manager and it was well over the threshold you state in the notes of your trainer. There seems to be a .NET conflict that is causing an error and crash. I appear to not be the only one experiencing this same issue.
