'what to expect while you're expecting' 9/10. i was a little prejudice going into this movie thinking it was just another chick flick that my girl was dragging me to, but it ended up being an absolutely hilarious, multi-dimensional story about pregnancy, fatherhood, and general relationships that kept me cracking up the entire time, i would recommend it to anyone.

'rock of ages' 0/10. this movie was truly painful to watch, i felt the extreme urge to get up and walk out halfway through the movie, and i did...went out and smoked a cig, then went back in so my girl wouldn't get ****ed off that i left her in there alone. I blame myself for not knowing that this movie was a musical (of which i am rarely a fan of). i thought is was like a tribute to the lifestyles of the classic rock gods that we still know and love, but instead it was a very cheeeeeeezy and long movie with a below average "love story" plot. the whole thing felt like a really really long bad SNL skit, and to top it all off, Spoiler:
alec baldwin and russel brand end up being gay together
...now im not the least bit homophobic, but nobody...NOBODY wants to see that, ever. Spare yourself the nauseous feeling and skip this movie.

'men in black 3' 8/10. very long awaited, but a good movie overall. the plot is very well thought out and keeps you interested the entire time. there is alot of witty comedy that adds great comic relief to the rather serious backstory just like the first movie that we all know and love. will smith is just a charismatic as always in this and made it really fun to watch. i would highly recommend to anyone that enjoyed the first to movies in this trilogy.

'snow white and the huntsman' 6/10. a decent movie with really nice cgi visuals. the story itself was okay but i felt they could have diverged from the original story a little bit more, or just added more unexpected twists to it. the acting was really good aside from kristen stewart, whom i feel was a bad choice for the role. snow white is supposed to be 'the fairest of them all'...and kristen doesn't really live up to that...i mean she's kinda cute but compared to the queen played by charlize theron(a real beauty!), and on top of that, i feel that kristen's acting is rather mediocre, im not sure how she manages to score so many lead or co-lead roles in all these big movies. i would have much rather seen someone like natalie portman play the role of snow white in this movie. overall i would recommend this movie
an overnight rental thing, but remember, its not really for kids

    Bridesmaids: 8/10
What a coincidence, when it came out my girl and her friend dragged me to see that.. Seen Hangover 2 just before it and bridesmaids was 10 times better.
    Unexpectedly funny.
