Can someone please tell me how the Unlimited Perks trainer works within the game. Thank you.

if u have a perk and u activate the perk function, it won't disappear when you level up(I think thats how it works) well mine frezzes when i have one perk and i use it.

Perks - toggle this on. When you spend a perk you will not lose any. You can increase as many as you want without losing any perk points. NOTE! You must have at least ONE perk point for this to work!

Nice.. But HOW do I increase them?

Is there a fast way? How do I earn Perks? Faster I mean..

If you have even one perk, with the trainer it will be frozen and it won't spend at all.

Perks are earned by leveling up by practicing your skills.

do some smithing on iron daggers or enchanting with petty souls, goes up fast.

Learn your skills faster by using them big time. If its smithing work on every bit of smithing you can do. Making jewelery is good to work on it went up fast for me. everything else you can figure out
