Well, if you play these mission, will it effect your popularity with the legion? cause it want to join the legion and have to assassinate U KNOW WHO is quite....strange

Also, why the jarl of Falkreath didn't give me a quest? Is becoming a thane of falkreath in the main story-line or just a bug?

Shouldn't affect anything. You know who doesn't play a role in anything, they made sure it wouldn't mess anything up or they wouldn't have done it. Even the guards you might kill probably wont effect rep as it works like the soldiers at garrisons, where murdering someone doesn't do anything. I did it and it didn't say rep was affected, but I joined stormcloaks afterwards.

Doesn't affect anything at all. I was imperial aligned and finished the quest line.
