How do you perform the animation stealth kill in which you slit the persons throat in skyrim, i have max stealth and max all perks etc....www.youtube.com/watch?v=TzLQiFVOifQ

I think it is random.

I don't have max stealth or anything for that matter, but i have done several of those 'throat' stealth kills now.

I simply crept up behind the targets i wanted to kill and then pressed the attack button, and the animation kicked in.

It may also depend on what target your after, the ones ive seen it work on are bandits and not well armoured enemies.

ones im struggling on are the well armoured ones.

Um am guessing there power moves. Maybe as I get a few that happen a lot with me and my war hammer. Although the hammer could have been bigger lol

i usually use invisibility sneak up on a guy and just press action animations are all different depending on my positioning vs the target

I've used it with Daggers, haven't tried a sword though it may work also. I just sneak up behind and aim my cursor at the back of their head and hold the left mouse button (power move). However, I haven't been able to steath-kill anyone while they are sitting in a chair, could be physics or could just be I messed up the mouse click. But, to precisely answer the question, Sneak/Invis and Power Move your main-hand "dagger?" while they are unaware of you nearby.

This is pretty much correct. However, from what I can tell, the person you do it to cannot be doing any form of idle animation (eating, sweeping, working, etc) or you'll just do the standard slashing animation.
