Anyone know if there's a manual for the steam version? I can't find one by right clicking on the game or in the game folder.The steam forums are down so I couldn't ask there.

Uhm, yes. It is located under the "View Player manual" option in steam (right click on Skyrim in the Library, 3rd option from the top in the pop-up)
