So I've been playing with this game, and found a way to unlock all the upgrades with CoSMOS.
1. Load Renegade Ops.
2. Load CoSMOS.
3. Play the first level on normal and rank up atleast a few times, best level is level 15 in order to use all the perks.
4. Quit or die, and press load again and select the same character. Select the character you chose and you come to the upgrades. Stop, do not press done!
5. Go to CoSMOS, find Renegade Ops in the process menu and select it.
6. At CoSMOS search the number of upgrade points you've got (5,10,15,20 etc)
7. Go back to Renegade Ops and spend something once, on 1 thing. The cheapest (5pts)
8. Back to CoSMOS and type in the new amount of points you've got left, search.
9. Back to Renegade Ops and buy the next item (5pts)
10. Back to CoSMOS and search the remaining points number you've got left.
This should now be correct, easy way to find out, buy another thing and the points will automatically change.
11. Now add all the numbers that are the same to the bottom of the page, so just double click all the same numbers, should be a few. Like 7 or something.
12. Change the number too 99 on all the numbers. (If you put anymore, the game will not register it, and will not work)
13. Back to Renegade ops and spend all the points, and you will spend it all.
14. Back to CoSMOS and change the value again to 40.
15. Back to Renegade and spend the remaining points again until you've spent them all.
Now deselect the green tick in item row of upgrades, and select whatever one you want. If you're level 15, you are able to use the max upgrade for all 3 rows.
Level 30 is just an extra slot to fill with an extra upgrade out of the list.
Once done, press done and collect another load of XP from a game, either complete or play a little and quit.
It will now be saved for you, and you can continue to do this with all the characters.
