After getting no response on the question I asked about the cursor being eractic and too fast, I gave up and erased the game. No sense keeping something I couldnot manauver the cursor accurately on. I even tried using the identical same setting I used wih Tropico 3, which works fine with no problems, but these failed to do anything to improve TPC4 performance. I tried every different setting I could think of to no avail. I know my computer has more than enough power to handly the game on its' fastest and most streamlined settings, but not this game. Incidentally the game did the same on my old computer a Dell XPS 410 dual core processor, with 2gig of memory and a 1MB video card. I think it could have been in the game itself. Maybe I got a bad download from D2D. but I can find nowhere to contact Pop Top to let them know this. So I erased the game and said farewell. Maybe in future a digital patch will come out that will fix this or when the Super Wal Mart opens here, I can buy it in the box. I don't get a lot of response but I would like to know if anyone else had or has this problem.
Have you tried fiddling with the in-game mouse sensitivity settings? Also, try changing the settings in controls to Analogue instead of Digital.
I can't find anywhere in the game to switch from digital to whatever. The mouse works fine on all of the other games but does show signs of instability at times. How would you adjust the Logitec mouse for analouge and digital?
Options, Controls, Fight Type is where you can change from digital to analogue - it doesn't do anything with the mouse driver afaik, it changes how the game processes input. The mouse sensitivity slider is just above fight type. Are you using the Logitech driver or the generic MS driver for your mouse?
www.logitech.com/en-au/support-downloads for Australia, try connecting to www.logitech.com and see where it takes you. You'll want the product support tab.

Since I just plugged in the mouse and started using it, I am using the generic drivers I would say. I have never downloaded any mouse drivers for the Logitec and everytime I try, they want you to down load a program, then register and pay for that driver plus several others which are supposedly outdated.
