Or you could simply use something like CoSMOS. Win a race or get any amount you can buy something with and scan that amount. Then buy something and scan the new amount. I got about 5 results that weren't related so wait a min tab in and back out. Should be 3 you change.

I agree, it's much easier to increase certificates with any memory editor.

Unfortunately, its getting the first 5 Certificates that keeps some from continuing. It really was bad form by ID to force a racing requirement. But that is a whole other discussion entirely.

It might be easier for you to use something like CE, but for some that would mean studying how to use the program, etc.

4-byte address. Very easy to find. Took me only 1 check to filter it.
9999 certs (max), is cleaner, than an inventory full of everything.
Don`t blame the player if you can`t play the game!
