In the official topic for the Rage trainer I posted a method I discovered to get unlimited racing certificates, eliminating the need for an option in a trainer or mega trainer for racing certificates. In Wellspring and Subway City the bartenders there, Sally in Wellspring, both offer bounties for raider cars destroyed. Brick in Subway city offers the same but will give twice the normal bounty for authority kills.

So, basically, as long as you have the mission to kill them you can get at least one racing certificate for one raider car killed. Here I will detail the simple method of getting as many certificates as you want, with this method you could easily get hundreds in no time.

1) Get the mission, all you have to do is talk to Sally or Brick.

2) Leave the city and go fight at least one raider, it's not hard as they pounce you soon after leaving the city anyways.

3) Use the mega item option of the trainer, this will convert the bounty item in your inventory with a picture of a skull from whatever number you have, to 99 like any other item in your inventory.

4) Just walk up to the bartender to redeem your reward.

5) Repeat as often as necessary!

I hope this helps all of you, some of you probably figured this out without my help but at least now this is in a thread by itself where it can't be lost in posts.

Actually you receive 100 certs when you turn in 99 skulls to Sally in addition to the money.

Yeah, you know I never even thought to look at inventory to see if there was a Bandit kill item. This is a great idea for gaining Certs.

I always get 10 credits and one racing cert for each car kill. So for 99 I'd get like 990 credits and 99 racing certificates.

Hmmm, I was wrong, I was wondering why I got so little money for the kills. Turns out I just didn't look at the corner long enough to notice the money came after and what I initially got was the cred.
