Yeah I only here that when the games NOT running, when the game is running, i hear nothing at all.

Both the game and the trainer must be running as administrator or as a standard user. Make sure you're trying that. (Similar problem happens with Ventrilo and games and that fixes it).

I got the same issue. I remaped a key function in game to verify if the f1 key were in fact active, and it was. But still it will not activate the trainer. Bout programs are run in admin status and the trainer is in the exe folder. Realy waird
