Just downloaded the Alice, Madness Returns trainer and it appears to work somewhat but perhaps I'm doing something wrong!? The Num1 key says Activated but I still get damaged, the Num4 key doesn't add any teeth. I assume the numkey is ON seeing as I can use my keypad, right? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

try both trainers. disable/uninstall all av, firewall and other security software. run trainer as admin. etc etc etc
