Creating a tram line is pretty simple. Lay down tram tracks and make it circular. Then place tram stops along the route making sure that they face the same way. Then create a route linking all stops and finishing where you began. Add trams 3 or 4 to start and you're in business once you "turn on" the route, that small little red flag must be green. Traffic on bus routes can be solved by adding additional buses.
