If you watch the end when the Doctor scans Amy, the scan says she's pregnant, but it's out of temporal synch (keeps switching from negative to positive).
The girl is definitely at least half Timelord, since that was definitely a regeneration at the end.
I haven't been a fan of Matt Smith up until now. I still don't think he makes a very convincing Doctor, but based on the writing of these last two eps I'll check out the last series and this.

The writing is brilliant. Moffat is a twisted genius. He's also the guy who write Sherlock for the BBC, which is another insanely intelligent and complex show.

I hope they don't kill anyone from Dexter's family and friends. Season 4 was disturbing, and even Season 5 was since it carried on with the emotional drama.
I am in love with this series. So I will be looking forward to season 6, and I guess it will take some time getting telecasted in India they started with Dexter Season I this year.
