Well would you believe the only way to get his trainers (beside GCW) is to signup to his site an give him full facebook access!!!!

Actually, I asked that question back when I first joined here (or maybe around the time I became a Unlimited... memory ain't so great) I do remember there was something in PWiz's sig about it that explained what was going on at the time.

If this dude is taking CH stuff and putting it back out as his own work, can't you take him to court? I mean isn't that pretty much the same thing that Microsoft and other such companies are always suing each other for?

Yeh, I don't feel sorry for people that are actually stupid enough to give h4x0r their personal information. We've warned everyone as best we can to stay far away from this idiot.

hes probably not ripping the trainers but taking all the information (like memory addresses etc) necessary from other people. So the trainers released wouldn't have any trace of say... cheathappens on them nor their verification functions.

And no CH can't take him to court bc I don't think making trainers is a legal business to begin with as every game reserves the right to pursue legal action over modification of a games function, alteration of its code or otherwise not using it as intended. So yeah, if anyone ever reads this random revival of a dead topic buried in a old game.
