Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days Message Board  

I ran Dog Days' Setup first, left the default settings as they were, and then ran Dog Days proper. After the Square and Eidos and IO Interactive (sometimes it doesn't even get as far as the IO Interactive card) cards, and the game crashes.

I've run Validation on the game twice, and each time, "kl2.exe" is the file that failed validation.

ADD'L INFO: The crash minidumps say the reason for the crashes is "The thread (kl2.exe) tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access.

I've tried getting help for this issue on the appropriate Steam boards, but the Kane & Lynch Steam boards have become a ghost town. I've seen only one other new thread in the four weeks since I've posted this particular issue there.
