I have noticed that the options in the read me file do not match the options shown on the trainer it

Regarding the Mega Trainer 1.41 (RETAIL), Super Health, Super Armor, Mega Amm....

I have noticed that the options in the read me file do not match the options shown on the trainer itself. Were some of the options for this trainer changed.
