to get it to work on vista/7 64 bit drag the "HOSP" folder from cd straight to "C:/"
then compat mode select xp, 256 color and 640x480 res
.. check the config file "HOSPITAL" and see if it has "SAVE_OVERRIDE=c:\hosp\"...it'll let you save you game

this works on my machine vista 64 os...
from original cd and not from the soldout range..
