I'm taking that as a general no.
I will not be starting an alliance on CHU.
However, anyone who does want to play NS, PM me, we'll get you into my region, so we can at least collaborate offsite.

I'm willing to take part, we don't really need EVERYONE involved in it. A few of us can get together and have fun on there.
Regardless, I shall go rebuild Spira-Ivalice once more...
