This is what I meant in another topic when I said we shouldn't apologize for other people, it should be them apologizing. It's more personal, and it makes some folks feel better.
Either way, your work is always appreciated by me, Thanks.

PS: Maybe it would be a good idea to add a 'Do not request a trainer update within x amount of hours after release' on each page, or on the home page. Then people can wait and see. If after maybe a week or two, one person can post a reasonable post requesting it, and other can show their support(reasonably). Failure to do abide could result in muting for x amount of days or something. It's harsh, but It might get the job done.

Some people are just not appreciative. Thank you for all that you have done and the hard work that you put into these games. I for one have nothing to complain of.
I've never really bothered to read the forums before, but after reading this post, I gotta say, I was touched.
The work you people do is truly amazing--and no, I'm NOT being facetious!
Before I discovered trainers, I have to say I didn't particularly enjoy video games. I always died, I never got to see HALF the content I wanted to, and half the time I'd realize half of the way through that most of my gameplay had been spent "grinding" out more gold, food, WHATEVER, making the game itself--which was SUPPOSED to be diversion from real life--almost as mind-numbing and annoying as the real world I was trying to escape from.
Since buying your lifetime membership many (many) years ago, I have not looked back since.
In fact, now I REFUSE to buy a game, until I see that you've produced a trainer for it already--you've helped me discover the joy in gaming for myself, and for that, I tip my hat to you.
Well, they just want to make all their money worth, I guess. But they should be more patience, 'cuase you guys work so hard for each one. All of your releases are quality works. I see that there's no point for whining. I could wait all day long actually because it acceptable for me. And thank you for your hard working.
Thank you for being so frank and upfront about your feelings.
Please take this as advice and only that. It is not criticism or anything other than constructive advice.
With that said. You're running a business whether you like it or not. You're taking people's money, and giving them a product. As a small business owner myself, I offer a warning about customer service. (mind you I think you guys do a great job personally)
You cannot satisfy everyone, all the time.
Should you skimp on your services to spite a few rats, you'll quickly find yourself with less income as your subs start taking a dive. The internet's a vicious beast that must be dealt with in a tempered, calm, and resolute manner (as I'm sure your are already aware of).
If you like your income the way it is, your best bet, is to take the criticism with ease, stay calm and say nothing. Just continue to deliver the products you do now, without injecting your feelings onto a forum post. Getting personal is only going to make you look bad to customers, and potential customers they may bring to the site for a sub. This adds up to more money for you guys.
Simple as that, PWizard. Just keep that rage in check bud. I promise the whiners will still huddle around. I do a bit of whining on here myself. But I try my best to keep it to a minimum. And as you can see. I still give ya my cash, and I still come here for my trainers.
I'm not sure if this is entirely about the cash for them though. They said them selves that the life time is incredibly cheap for the services they offer, especially when you look at other sites which charge 1-5$ per trainer(I've got like 30 or more I use or have used recently). So if this is indeed a hobby as well as a source of income, then I say let people know how you feel. Those who don't agree only make your hobby more of a job and less of a career or hobby.

Amazing times we're living in, huh? Everything's gotta be instant nowadays . . . only wish those same expectations applied to the individuals' level of evolution in terms of consciousness, intelligence, politeness and being all around reasonable . . . Just upgraded to the lifetime membership and am looking forward to using Your great services. Personally, I am not aware of any other site that is near as good as this one when it comes to excellent trainers & timely service. Ultimately, trainers are a nice perk (luxury) but not a necessity when playing games so people just need to relax when it comes to new patches/updates. My copy of Shogun 2 is through steam as well and I wouldn't expect You guys to have the latest trainer ready a few hours after the release of the update. That is really unrealistic. Anyway, this is merely my humble but accurate opinion. ; )
Thanks for offering this service in the first place.

I don't have time to read the 20 something pages of posts to see what's going on, but here goes anyway.
I love this site. I am always amazed and infinitely appreciative at how fast new trainers and updates come out. As a father I can totally and 110% understand how infuriatingly frustrating whiny unappreciative children can be. And that is exactly what all the complainers here are. Just know that despite them there are a thousand times more people that appreciate and understand the hard work you guys do. Keep it up! Love you guys.
It was probably already suggested somewhere in the 20 some odd pages of posts previous, but change the TOS to disallow childish complaining, flaming, whining, etc. Maybe give them one warning (or not) and ban forever anyone who breaks that service term. That way if they want to come back they have to pay again.
