i followed the instructions but there is no flashlight on any weapon . help anyone?

Regarding the Flashlight Mod, Adds a flashlight to your weapons..

i followed the instructions but there is no flashlight on any weapon . help anyone?

if you did it right, you should start back at the beginning of the game where you first pick up your armor and pistol.
