    Make a shortcut to your "da2.exe" file (typically located in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Dragon Age 2\bin_ship folder) on your desktop, Start Menu, or wherever. Right click on the shortcut, choose properties, then add the following to the end of line in the "Target" field: -enabledeveloperconsole — it should look something like this:

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Dragon Age 2\bin_ship\DragonAge2.exe" -enabledeveloperconsole

    Do not remap keys in game for a quick console access key as in Origins, it will not function properly.

    * runscript dbg_setattrib [attrib] [value]

    Where [attrib] is #1-6 corresponding to the order of Attribute in the Character screen and value is the number it is to be INCREASED by (the "setattrib" is misleading).

    EDIT: Nvm, apparently it's VERY temporary, as 5 minutes later I discovered I no longer had the extra attribute points.

    At the risk of sounding stupid, what key *is* bound to the console by default? None of the articles or posts I've found seems to mention it. Is it the [`] key per usual, or what?

    All the info you need to access the developer console can be found at this website...

    Hope this helps.

    Ok maybe not as helpful as I thought... I think it is the tilde (`) button. The console in invisible so you need to press enter after typing the command to enable it and go back to the game... apparently. I am about to try it.

    Remember that for incrementing the stats fast you can use ctrl+alt+mouse button, pressed fast. This makes the counter go up lighting fast, so you're done in no time.
