That being said I cant use these services to their fullest extent anymore as my unlimited membership has been canceled for some unknown reason. I purchased my membership at the earliest of December of last year so I know for sure that it hasn't lapsed yet, I guess what I'm getting at is where or who should I go to resolve this issue? Thank you for your time in responding to this post.
