I still visit CH maybe once or twice a week for 10-ish minutes. I just don't post because I don't want to.

personally...shrinking or not...its definitely a cool place to hangout and i visit almost everyday. although my primary objective r the always awesome trainers...i also love the exchange of opinions and ideas. i'm not going anywhere for a long long time.
