Using AvP Patch#6 trainer.
With trainer LOADED, game crashes every time I enter an elevator.
We need a fix please.

I doubt they will since they have retired the game. I am running the steam version and am not even getting to an elevator. while running the 6V I release the Queen and It crashes. A/V is disabled, windows vista 32bit and running dx9 version of the game. Now I remember playing a naughty version of the game with no issues at all. Not even a crash. But dont have that anymore. Sighs. I really want to play this game. But The trainers are just not playing right with the crashes.
There is no way to prevent crashes, if you want the game to work perfect with the trainer. You will have to complete the game as it was intended and unlock all achievments as apparently they are what is causing the crashes. Apparently once that's done you can go through the game again with the trainer and will have no issues.
Also another thing, when you are starting a mission or wherever you are. You can use the trainer to turn on unlimited health. Make sure you turn this on before a checkpoint and go through the checkpoint after, once it crashes load the game back up with no trainer and load your last checkpoint. You can play with unlimited health and not be bothered by crashes. It worked for me though I haven't tested with ammo (I never use it). Repeat when your on the next mission. So far has worked for me but I am pretty much doing it as the game intended unti'll all achievements are unlocked.
Oh mate.... I have waited ages for an answer and you have given it to me. I could never get past the Boss at the end of the Predator mission on Hard, and with the trainer it always crashed cuz of getting the achievement.
However, thanks to your advice I FINALLY have and I am extremely grateful to you. As my dad used to say, "your blood's worth bottlin".
