I have used this site for a long time, but i want to get a premium membership. However, everytime i go to the payment page, my payment is allways declined. I dont see a reason for this, my card seems to work everywhere else?
I cant use paypal at the moment as im wating to verify my account before i can add my latest card to it. I was just wondering if there are any known problems happening atm?
We don't process our own payments, we use external merchants to do it. If you card is being declined by multiple sources, then that is a problem with your card or with your card's support for multiple countries. Perhaps your card has a block on international purchases. You can always contact Google (or your card merchant) to see why it's being declined. It's nothing to do with our site as we have registered tons of other people in the last 24 hours, many from the U.K.
