I have a problem, the game not save, i do the australian gp with the cheats but at the end i save manually for security but restarted the game i see again australian gran prix, anyone can help me?

Same problem here, the trainer seems to disable saves.

If you are using patch 1.01 you need to revert to the pre patch version of the file "flow.bin" to be able to save.

There is a fix (patch) available to correct the saving issue.
