Well, we had some great releases this year. It was bound to stop sometime. Still the next year promises to be as good as this one with releases like Dead Space 2, Mass Effect 3, Warhammer Space Marine and Retribution.

It wasn't a very strong year for games in any context.

Even independent developers failed to deliver in most cases.

Or the release dates were/are being pushed back into next year so they can work out all the bugs..Or at least most of them (I hope)

wasn't a very strong year..i agree..but something's better than nothing. i'll take what i can get. next year looks promising though...atleast till we actually play the games slated for next year.

^ That game is the biggest hit delivered by any indie developer IMHO.
