Can't seem to get the trainer to work. It doesn't crash but none of the options seem to work. I have the latest version 1.7. Any Ideas?

Have you checked trainer troubleshooting? Link. Disable antivirus/firewall, log-in as Admin (Win Vista/7) etc.
