Final Fantasy XIII Message Board  

okay i cant beat the bossy that looks kinda like a mushroom and a octopus mixed together and the only people i have to use are lighting and hope and its after u get odin as a summon. iv been stuck on this boss for hourrrrrrrsssssssss and i can only manage to get him ruffly 1/4-1/2 dead.. i have 16 potions 2 pheonix downs and 16gil.. my weapon for lighting is lvl 5 and hopes is lvl 4 possibly lvl 5 and i cant upgrade and further due to no more items.. iv tried everything i just cant figure it out,i mainly use lighting as COM and hope as RAV but switch to lighting MED and hope RAV when needed. please help much appreciated Yelnocbocaj.

where are you in the game?

use rav/rav/med

first use fire based attacks
then that monster will become fire based monster means he will absorb fire based attacks

then use water or blizzard if u hav

then he will transform to either water or ice

if he changed to water use lightning if ice use fire

hit him until stagger u should be safe coz u hav med

i am also stuck in this part , i tried hundereds of times but no success ..i also try the way that a guy above me told,but not wroking ..

yeh , damn i beat that ...
