First of all which AV are you using? If you're not using Avast, you could try it, it's served me well over the years. Plus, it's free.

i would pref a AV that doesnt cost money.

just version reg a registration within 30 days. any of you got a link to a version that doesnt ?

You just press download in free Antivirus and follow the steps from there.
Also don't post so many times, it's considered spamming.

MSE is the anti-virus that has the least amount of compatibility problems with CHU's trainers.

mark your trainer folder as 'safe' and put all your CH trainers there so they aren't scanned by the AV. problem solved for now AND future.

for AVG antivirus here are the steps:

use our trainer manager or create your own folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\mike\My Documents\My Trainers

place all your trainers in there (and run them from there) or use the trainer manager to run them.

open AVG USER INTERFACE

select RESIDENT SHIELD

select MANAGE EXCEPTIONS

select RESIDENT SHIELD DIRECTORY EXCLUDES

select ADD PATH

browse to:

C:\Documents and Settings\mike\My Documents\My Trainers

and then ENTER

all files in that folder will be safe from scan and will work

other anti-virus packages should have similar-
