Hey is anyone having any problem DL the trainer. After I dl the trainer and then I extract it to the proper file, the only thing that is extracted is the read me file, can anyone help me out with this please.

most likely your antivirus deletes the trener
This is the correct answer. Please disable or uninstall it if you cannot add the trainers to it's exception list (or it does not have an exception list)
